MFA Application Intensive - Fall 2025

Applying to MFA programs this fall? Considering it? Come learn the basics of MFA fiction applications while polishing your writing sample in a four week workshop intensive designed to jumpstart your application.

In a warm, supportive atmosphere you’ll workshop up to thirty pages of prose with an eye towards MFA applications. Each class will also cover an aspect of MFA applications and literary life: choosing a program, the nuts and bolts of financing your education, submitting to literary magazines, and building your own writing community.

The class includes one private 30 minute consultation with me. We’ll discuss your personal statement, recommenders, and revision process.

Mondays from 7-9pm on Zoom: September 15, 22, 29, and October 6.
